Unlucky Morpheus have a devilish good time in “Black Pentagram” MV

One of the beauties of Visual Kei is that many times you can’t tell the guys from the girls in the group, and so is the case of Unlucky Morpheus. I’d like to guess the ones in dresses are girls, but I’m 99% sure the lead singer in pants is a girl, maybe. Even better is that “Black Pentagram” by Unlucky Morpheus is a complete headbanger.

The video looks like a simple one camera shot that tracks left and right, but the band is so animated that they hold your attention. The bassist skips around hamming it up, the violinist is macking and of course you have dualing guitarists straight up face-melting.  SO AMAZING.

You need to get this. This EP was released on 1.18.2017 at CDJapan.

See Unlucky Morpheus in animated form at their official website.

    1. The first video they released for “Black Pentagram” had the entire band playing each others instruments. They took that video down and replaced it with the one you see above. The first one was pretty funny.
