Prepare to be destroyed. Like assault on the senses, full out annihilated. BALLON D’OR will massacre your gameboy in the terrifying epileptic seizure inducing video for “DESTROY KID.”
Just don’t ask about the guy in the black KKK outfit. The music sounds like static-y kids music played over NOISE industrial guitars. It’s fucked up.
This song was actually a single released on 7.19.2013. Read more about it at Ballon D’or’s official website.
The photo on the website makes it look like it’s an actual band of five members. Wow.
Coet Cocoeh will be up all night clicking out chilly nighttime beats like this extremely cool “Until the Dawn.”
Coet Cocoeh is also known as Masami Takashima and she is a self-produced singer, song writer, pianist and of course beat maker. Her soft vocals carry you away over bottle clicks and warbled sound synth effects in “Until the Dawn,” but it is indeed the intricate beats that will keep you coming back. It’s the real deal.
Keep up with Masami Takashima at her blog. You can also see the work she’s done with miu mau.
fraqsea is frackin’ awesome.. if you like acoustic guitar. This girl is a moody little thing, lithe and creating dreamy alt-folk.
Fraqsea’s vocals are soft like running through a meadow. And she actually runs and dances in a meadow in the video. The acoustic guitar is offset by jingly sounds, chirping nature sounds and click clack percussion. It’s pretty wild stuff.
So get back to nature with fraqsea’s new album Majoram out 9.18.2013 at CDJapan.
See fraqsea’s postcard official website.
Kids are messy eaters. So why would you ever let them play with toys at the breakfast table? So you could make an amazing CGI animated video for Marter Yamauchi’s “Black Hole.”
Enjoy your jam and toast while jamming toys in your toast. The space the toys live in is a destructive galaxy, while the kids who play with the toys think they are just having a raucous good time.
The song “Black Hole” is a mix of techno electronica clanks and boops sure to put you in another space indeed. The video has an international flair: a collaboration between Italian filmmaker Maria Pia Fanigliulo, Marter from Japan, US animator Jeffrey Shroyer and Bosnian painter Tarik Berber. (so sez the Youtube description.)
Find this song on Marter’s Finding & Searching album released on 4.11.2012. Score it at CDJapan or check out Marter’s Soundcloud.
Click Clack on the track, FULLMEMBER is back with quite the “Experience.”
It’s like they are rapping over experimental space quacks and wood click clacks and it should make you fearful of the “Boogie Man.” “Experience” comes off as completely trippy and would probably be a prerequisite for stoners everywhere.
Fullmember whipped out their album After December on 4.17.2013. Score it at CDJapan.

Emiri Ota’s pixie-like face will probably remind you a lot of Bjork. Well after listening and watching the video for “月のレヴェル” you’ll probably think she’s just as crazy.
The song bursts with static guitars and mad piano banging and the video features Emiri Ota in a wedding dress playing a high-stakes game of tiles. And when you have a doppleganger underneath the table possibly helping you cheat, well there’s a good chance you’ll get busted.
This video is bizarre, but in a good way.
Emiri Ota’s album Renaissance will be released on 8.28.2013. Score it at Yesasia or CDJapan.
Visit her official website and like her on Facebook.
Let me see those hands. Haisuinonasa get all glitchy in their latest “reflection” and the poor interpretive dancer flinches at times to keep up.
Other times the music is beautifully flowing and the dancer adjusts with some nice T’ai chi moves, other times it’s Mr. Roboto out there.
Go with the flo over to CDJapan and preup on Reflection out 6.12.2013.
Push the air over to Haisuinonasa’s official website.
“Bubbles.” Tiny bubbles from the tiny voices of films. What a masterful composition of deep bellowing piano and flighty strings.
It’s like Tori Amos did classical experimental. Really pretty music.
Films might be a little serious, but films is top notch orchestral music. Their album a forbidden garden was released on April 26, 2013 and you can get it through US iTunes.

SATOL is all handsy in this body strobe light video for “iRUy.”
Imagine getting your radio station stuck between two dials, one being gospel and the other being drum n’ bass and you get this static-sounding single “iRUy.” It’s truly bizarre and lasts almost 7 minutes long. Either you have the patience for this kind of experimental music or you don’t.
Find SATOL’s Harmonize the Difference album out 4.3.2013 at Amazon.jp.
Check out P-Vine’s artist page, Madberlin’s website and colddark. These might be his alias’ or buds or friends.
