Nanba Shiho surprised us last year with one of the more exciting JPOP singles in “こどなの階段 .” Well she’s back in 2012 , cooking up another sugary JPOP breakfast slam in “少女、ふたたび .” All it takes is one ride in the Winnebago to get hooked. It’s synthy, almost chiptune-y, girly and super cute.
