For all the preteens and kids today looking for a girl group to grow up with and sing and dance to, Avex has created Tokyo Girls’ Style for 2010. “Kirari” is the first single by the 5-member group, which contains whistlely pop sugar sounds. (You can preorder it from yesasia.com as it comes out May 5th, 2010.)
Is this another corporate money machine in the making or will these girls turn into full fledge singers and dancers? Only time will tell. But taken at the cute level, Tokyo Girls’ Style have it covered.
